How?
Our livestock is rotated through our various pastures to ensure they receive a variety of the vegetation and/or bugs needed for a healthy balanced diet. They are all raised without the addition of antibiotics, growth hormones, or other chemicals.
Why?
Skara Brae raises heritage breed livestock which through the years have been bred to thrive on pasture. Their origins date back to a time prior to the existence of the local feed & seed thus requiring farmers to be able to produce all of the feed needed.
